Cookie Policy
Last updated: 9 October 2026
This policy explains how Hachly Limited (company number 15234648, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom) uses cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels and software development kits (SDKs), on its websites and in its products. It applies to all our websites, including hachlyai.com, healmeal.app, mados.ai, hachly.com, getspaceai.app and last20.ai, and to any website we launch in the future. For everything else about personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
Your choices
Where the law requires it, optional cookies stay off until you agree to them. On hachlyai.com, a banner lets you Accept all, Reject all or Manage your choices by category, and you can change your mind at any time with the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page or by visiting this link. Our other websites give you similar choices where they use optional cookies.
If you withdraw consent, we stop using those cookies and delete the ones we can reach. Cookies set by other companies on their own domains can only be removed in your browser settings. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser at any time, but if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of our websites (such as signing in) may not work.
The types of cookies we use
Strictly necessary. These make our websites work. They keep you signed in, protect forms and accounts, help us defend against bots and abuse, remember your cookie choices and remember settings you choose, such as display preferences. They don't need your consent. Examples include our sign-in and security cookies and the hachly_consent cookie that stores your cookie choices.
Functional. These provide features you use, such as our AI chat assistant, which keeps a random visitor identifier and chat state in your browser's local storage so your conversation continues as you move between pages.
Analytics. These help us understand how our websites are used so we can improve them, for example which pages are visited, how people navigate and whether something goes wrong. We use tools such as PostHog and Google Analytics. Where the law requires it, we only use them with your consent.
Marketing. These help us measure and improve our advertising, show our adverts to people who may be interested, and track referrals from partners. We use tools such as Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag. Where the law requires it, we only use them with your consent.
Cookies may last only for your visit or for a set period, usually from a few minutes up to two years, depending on the cookie.
Measurement without cookies
Some of our websites use services that measure performance or visits without cookies and without identifying you, such as Cloudflare Web Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics. Our hosting and security providers also process technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver our websites and protect them from abuse.
Embedded content and links
Some pages embed content from other companies, such as videos, product demos and booking calendars (for example from Loom, Wistia, Arcade and Calendly). Some links, such as app download buttons, may pass through an advert measurement service (for example Tenjin) to record the click. When this content loads or you use these links, the provider may set its own cookies or collect information under its own policy. Payments made through our websites are handled on our payment providers' own pages, which use their own cookies.
Businesses that use Hachly AI
Businesses that add the Hachly AI chat assistant to their own websites decide how it is used there. On those websites the assistant stores a random visitor identifier and chat state in the browser's local storage. The website owner is responsible for telling visitors about it and, where required, asking for their consent.
Our apps
Our mobile apps don't use browser cookies, but they may use SDKs that store identifiers on your device for analytics, subscriptions, advert measurement and, in some apps, adverts. Our Privacy Policy explains this, and you can control tracking and advertising identifiers in your device settings.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the cookies or technologies we use change, and we'll change the date at the top. Questions: eldar@hachly.com.
